Senior Leader Advisory
A private two-month engagement for executives and founders who lead at the highest level.
Under pressure, even the most experienced leaders find themselves reacting in ways that do not reflect their actual capability. The same meeting. The same people. A different internal state and a completely different outcome.
It shows up in different ways. Decisions that get delayed because the clarity is not there. Conversations that escalate beyond what the situation warranted. Energy that disappears after certain interactions. A constant state of firefighting that leaves no space for the leadership that actually matters. The sense that something is in the way, without being able to name what it is.
These are not signs of weakness or insufficient experience. They are the predictable result of biological patterns that activate under pressure before conscious thought intervenes. McKinsey and Deloitte research consistently shows that executives under prolonged pressure develop reduced clarity and slower response times, regardless of capability or experience.
At the level where a senior leader operates, that gap is consequential. It shows up in the room, in the decision, and in how others respond. And it compounds over time.
Most leadership development works at the level of strategy, structure, and skill. The Senior Leader Advisory works one level deeper: at the biological and neurological patterns that determine how a leader actually operates under real conditions.
The result is not a change in approach. It is a change in operating state.
The Programme
Phase 1: Foundation
A half-day intensive with Dr. Nikolas Epp. Participants develop a precise scientific understanding of how stress biology shapes leadership behaviour, including the unconscious patterns that limit judgment, communication, and decision-making under pressure. The session concludes with a personalised application framework built around the participant's own leadership context.
Phase 2: Integration
Seven weekly private sessions over eight weeks. Each session builds on real situations from the participant's working life, developing the capacity for real-time self-observation and precise pattern recognition. The focus shifts progressively from awareness to application to mastery.
Between Sessions
Participants have direct access to Dr. Nikolas via private chat throughout the engagement. Real situations do not wait for the next session and neither does the support.
What Participants Develop
Certainty under pressure
The ability to lead from a stable internal state regardless of external complexity. Decisions made from clarity rather than reaction. Consistently.
Precision self-awareness
The capacity to observe one's own patterns in real time, before they shape decisions and interactions. Not reflection after the fact. Recognition in the moment.
Sustained leadership performance
The ability to operate at full capacity over time, without the energy cost of unexamined reactive behaviour. Performance that holds under the conditions that matter most.
